ContractGuard does NOT require traditional user registration or login credentials. You can access and utilize the full functional scope of the application without providing your name, email address, phone number, or password.

We do not establish or maintain centralized user account databases or identity profiles. No user credentials or personal identifiers are collected, transmitted, or indexed by Fixbang Studio servers.

2. Local On-Device Contract Data Processing

When you generate, draft, or edit agreements inside ContractGuard: Contract Maker, you enter specific operational details, including:

• Service Provider Names and Client/Business Names
• Project Scope Descriptions, Payment Terms, and Fee Balances
• Effective Contract Dates, Revision Caps, and Jurisdiction Selections
• Customized Contract Clauses and Signatory Information

Strict Local Storage Guarantee: All contract input fields and generated document histories are processed exclusively on your mobile device and stored locally within your device's isolated client storage (localStorage / Sandbox). This data is NEVER uploaded, synced, or transmitted to Fixbang Studio or any remote third-party web servers. You retain sole physical and legal custody over all contract content created within the app.

3. In-App Purchases & Financial Billing Infrastructure

ContractGuard offers optional premium features, single contract unlocks, and recurring monthly subscriptions. In-app purchase processing and entitlement validation are facilitated through RevenueCat and Google Play In-App Billing.

Financial Data Handling: Fixbang Studio does NOT collect, view, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card details, bank account credentials, or billing addresses. All billing operations are performed directly through Google Play Store's encrypted financial infrastructure.

RevenueCat processes anonymized purchase tokens and device identifiers solely to confirm whether a valid transaction occurred and grant subscription entitlements. Financial transactions are governed by the respective privacy policies of:

4. No Advertising, No Third-Party Tracking & No Data Sales

ContractGuard is classified as a No-Ads, Business & Productivity Application.

• We do NOT integrate advertising SDKs, ad networks, or banner partners.
• We do NOT engage in cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or re-targeting.
• We do NOT sell, rent, license, or trade any user data to data brokers, marketers, or analytics aggregators under any circumstances.

5. GDPR Compliance (European Union Rights)

For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR):

• Legal Basis for Processing: Contractual necessity for facilitating local document generation and fulfilling in-app purchases.
• Right to Access & Erasure: Because all contract data is stored exclusively on your local device, you possess total operational control. You may erase all stored contracts instantly by deleting them within the application or clearing the app data in your device settings.
• Data Portability: You may export your contract agreements at any time using the built-in PDF download and text copy features.

6. CCPA/CPRA Compliance (California Privacy Rights)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Notice of Non-Sale: Fixbang Studio has not sold or shared any personal information of consumers in the preceding 12 months.
• Right to Opt-Out: Since no personal information is collected or sold, no opt-out request is required.
• Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against California consumers for exercising any statutory privacy rights.

7. Children's Privacy

ContractGuard is a business tool intended exclusively for professional freelancers, agencies, and adult business operators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU jurisdictions).

We reserve the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in mobile store requirements, legal regulations, or application features. Updated revisions will be posted directly at this URL with an updated "Effective Date".
